Hello there! You can log into this portal with your the same username and password as your computer to manage your tickets with the IT & Facilities departments. You can also open a ticket by sending an email to helpdesk@ultrapro.com.
You can also reach out to a member of the IT department via Workplace Chat or by phone and they will open a ticket for you.
